Browse our Project Menu or work with us to build a custom project. Once we confirm what you’d like to create via email or in a meeting, we’ll subtract the point value from your balance and get started.
No problem at all. Just reach out. We’ll schedule a free strategy call and help you decide which project makes the most sense based on your goals.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We’ll send you reminder emails before they expire.
Yes. Unused points are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. After that, they remain in your account for 12 months and can be used anytime.
Yes. You can purchase more points at any time. We also offer bundle discounts and loyalty perks for returning clients.
Yes. When you buy 5 points at once, you get 1 point free. When you buy 10 points, you get 3 points free. New clients can even receive a limited-time offer like buy 3, get 1 free.
We bill upfront for all point purchases. You can pay via credit card, ACH transfer, or check.
Project Logistics & Customization
Once filming is done, Main Videos usually take about 1.5 to 2 weeks for delivery. All other deliverables are typically ready within 4 to 7 days, depending on scope.
Most shoots include one lead videographer, a second shooter or assistant, and all necessary gear. Your package will outline how much filming is included.
Yes, we frequently travel for client projects. Travel fees may apply and are always quoted upfront.
Absolutely. If you don’t see what you need in the menu, you can use the Build Your Own section to create something specific. Or, hop on a call and we’ll help shape the scope together.
Of course. Every project includes at least one round of feedback. Some include more, depending on the package. You’ll receive a link to leave timestamped comments directly on the video.

Vertical reels are short-form, punchy edits (in 9:16 format) designed for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. They’re captioned and ready to post.
