321 Media – Terms & Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines how we work, what to expect, and how we handle point purchases and fulfillment. By purchasing points or initiating a project with us, you agree to the following terms:

Purchasing & Redeeming Points

  • All projects are scoped in points (1 point = $1,000).

  • Projects can be selected from our website menu or built custom through a conversation via email or in a meeting.

  • Once a project is confirmed, we’ll subtract the appropriate points from your balance.

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Points are transferable to another client upon request but are not redeemable for cash.

Payment & Refund Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any production work begins.

  • Points are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date, regardless of whether a project has begun.

  • Within 30 days, unused points may be refunded if no project has been scoped or initiated.

  • Points are not eligible for partial refund or prorated return after that 30-day window.

Modifications & Scope Adjustments

  • If you’d like to modify a project after it’s been scoped, we’re happy to adjust. If the new scope adds more work, additional points may be required.

  • Any major scope changes will be confirmed in writing and reflected in your updated point balance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel a shoot:

  • Before any production begins: points remain in your balance.

  • After pre-production has begun: we reserve the right to deduct points for time already invested (e.g. coordination, calls, planning).

  • After filming has started: the full point value of the project will be deducted.

  • We’ll always aim to be reasonable and flexible.

Revisions

  • All projects include 1 round of revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Larger projects (e.g., brand videos) may include up to 2 rounds depending on the package.

  • Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or deducted from your remaining point balance.

Project Scheduling & Timelines

  • Scheduling begins once a project is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Typical delivery timelines:

  • Main videos (2–4 minutes): ~1.5–2 weeks after filming

  • Photo packages, short form, or reels: ~4–7 days after filming

  • These timelines may shift based on project complexity, scheduling, or client responsiveness.

Content Ownership & Promotion

  • You fully own all final, paid-for deliverables.

  • 321 Media retains the right to feature completed work on our website, social media, or portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability & Limitations

  • 321 Media operates as an independent contractor and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost revenue, or project delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, client delays, third-party failures).

  • We carry general liability insurance and always aim to operate with professionalism, safety, and transparency.

  • In the rare event of equipment failure, accidental data loss, or other technical issues, 321 Media will work in good faith to re-shoot, recover footage, or provide a fair solution, but is not responsible for consequential damages or losses incurred by the client.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the working relationship in writing at any time.

  • Unused points are only eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase and only if no work has been scoped or started.

  • After 30 days, points remain on your balance for 12 months but are not refundable.
